What we collect

When you order — name, delivery address, email, phone number, and what you bought. We need all of it to ship the parcel.
Payment — handled entirely by our payment processors. We never see or store your full card number.
When you browse — device type, browser, pages viewed, and how you found us. This comes from cookies and similar technologies.
When you write to us — whatever you put in the email.

Why we use it

To process and ship your order, to answer your questions, to prevent fraud, to meet our legal obligations, and — where you've agreed to it — to show you relevant ads and send you email. Nothing else.

Who we share it with

Only the companies that make the order happen: Shopify (our store platform), our payment processors, our fulfilment partners and shipping carriers, and our analytics and advertising providers. Each receives only what it needs. We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

We operate from Türkiye and some of our providers operate elsewhere, including outside the EEA and the UK. Where personal data is transferred out of those areas, the transfer is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your rights
