1. Who we are
Gadovia is a trading name of Remzi Kaan Çağlar, Ölüdeniz Mahallesi, 210. Sokak No: 5, Türkiye. "We" and "us" mean that trader; "you" means the person using the site. You can reach us at gadovia1@gmail.com.
2. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order — with a full refund — if the item is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars and include our shipping cost. Import VAT and duties, where your country charges them, are not included and are your responsibility. Payment is taken at checkout.
4. Delivery
Delivery windows on our Shipping Policy page are estimates based on carrier performance, not guarantees. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us. You can follow a dispatched parcel on our order tracking page.
5. Returns
Our Refunds & Returns policy forms part of these terms. Statutory rights under EU and UK consumer law apply in addition to it and are never reduced by it.
6. Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative; colours vary between screens and minor design revisions happen between production batches. Specifications quoted by the manufacturer may be rounded.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use the site to break the law, scrape it at scale, attempt to breach its security, or resell our content. We may suspend access if you do.
8. Intellectual property
The Gadovia name, the site's design and its written content belong to us. Product images are used with our suppliers' permission. Brand names mentioned belong to their respective owners.
9. Liability
We're responsible for losses that follow foreseeably from our breaking this contract. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else the law says can't be limited.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Türkiye. If you're a consumer in the EU or UK, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in.
