This agreement is concluded between the Seller and the Buyer identified below when the Buyer places an order through gadovia.com. It sets out the pre-contractual information the Buyer is entitled to receive before paying, and the terms of the resulting distance contract.
1. Parties
Seller
Remzi Kaan Çağlar, trading as Gadovia — sole trader (şahıs işletmesi) registered in Türkiye
Ölüdeniz Mahallesi, 210. Sokak No: 5, 48300 Fethiye / Muğla, Türkiye
Tax number (Vergi No): 2180338857 — Tax office (Vergi Dairesi): Fethiye, Muğla
Email: gadovia1@gmail.com — Phone: +90 553 832 90 42
Buyer
The person whose name, delivery address, email address and phone number are entered at checkout. Those details form part of this agreement.
2. Subject
The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery of the goods the Buyer selects at checkout, and the rights and obligations of both parties in relation to that sale.
3. Goods, price and costs
The description, quantity, variant and price of the goods are those shown on the order summary at checkout and repeated in the order confirmation email. All prices are in US dollars and include our shipping cost. Where the website displays a price converted into another currency, that figure is indicative only, calculated at the day's exchange rate; the amount actually charged is in US dollars.
Import VAT, customs duties or other charges levied by the Buyer's own country are not included in the price and are payable by the recipient where they apply.
4. How the contract is concluded
Placing an order is an offer to buy. Before paying, the Buyer confirms having read this agreement and the pre-contractual information it contains. The contract is concluded when the Seller sends a dispatch confirmation. The Seller may decline an order — refunding any amount paid in full — if the goods are unavailable, the price was published in error, or fraud is suspected.
5. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through the payment providers shown on the payment step. The Seller does not see or store full card numbers.
6. Delivery
Goods are dispatched within 1–3 business days and delivered to the address given at checkout. Indicative delivery windows: 7–14 business days to the UK and EU, 8–16 to the US and Canada, 10–20 to the rest of the world. These are estimates based on carrier performance, not guaranteed dates. Delivery is free. Risk in the goods passes to the Buyer on delivery. If the Buyer gives an incorrect or incomplete address and the parcel is returned, the Seller will reship it once the return cost is covered, or refund the order less shipping.
7. Right of withdrawal
The Buyer, acting as a consumer, may withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period expires 14 days after the day the Buyer, or a third party named by the Buyer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods; where an order arrives in several parcels, from the day the last item arrives.
To exercise the right, the Buyer informs the Seller by a clear statement sent to gadovia1@gmail.com, quoting the order number. The model withdrawal form on our Refunds & Returns page may be used but is not compulsory. Sending the notice before the deadline is enough.
On withdrawal the Seller reimburses all payments received, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of being informed, using the same payment method, at no cost to the Buyer. The Seller may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received back or proof of return is supplied, whichever is earlier. The Buyer bears the direct cost of returning the goods and is liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Separately and voluntarily, the Seller accepts returns for 30 days from delivery on the terms set out in the Refunds & Returns policy. That commercial policy sits on top of the statutory right above and never replaces it.
8. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the Buyer's specification or clearly personalised, to sealed goods unsealed after delivery which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, or to goods which by their nature become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery. None of the products currently sold by Gadovia fall into these categories.
9. Faulty or incorrect goods
If goods arrive damaged, faulty or not as described, the Buyer emails the Seller with a photograph. The Seller replaces the item or refunds it in full, and in most cases the Buyer does not need to ship anything back. This is in addition to, and does not limit, the Buyer's legal guarantee of conformity.
10. Complaints and dispute resolution
Complaints go to gadovia1@gmail.com and are answered within one business day. If a complaint cannot be resolved between the parties, consumers in the European Union may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Consumers in Türkiye may apply to the Tüketici Hakem Heyeti or Tüketici Mahkemesi in their place of residence.
11. Personal data
Personal data provided at checkout is processed only to fulfil the order and meet legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law and entry into force
This agreement is governed by the law of Türkiye. A consumer resident in the EU or the UK retains the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of their own country and may bring proceedings in their own courts. The agreement enters into force when the Buyer completes the order and remains available to the Buyer in the order confirmation email and on this page.
